Eczacıbaşı R&D Center is designed by Oncuoglu Architecture for a limited competition is rewarded as “Highly Commended” at the Commercial/Mixed-use Future Project category at Cityscape Dubai 2009. The project is aimed to bring together the separate pieces of research laboratories of Eczacıbaşı Bozuyuk Campus under one roof.

The 9-storey residential building (Megawave) is situated next to the beach of Dubai Waterfront in a combined site consisting of six connected plots.

The Sky Gardens Tower is designed as an landmark tower that will contribute to the strategic location on Reem Island and beauty of the Eshraq site, designed by  James Law Cybertecture International.

In height which contains 18 levels of offices and 3 podium levels of shopping complex. The upper office tower is a slightly tilted, cube like building block sitting on the podium.

Goettsch Partners (GP) has been commissioned to design a new five-star, 214-key business hotel to service the new King Abdullah Financial District in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The project is sited on the first of 10 ‘parcels’ currently under development in the massive new master-planned district. The building comprises a 17-storey tower, a three-storey podium, and a four-storey underground structure for hotel support functions and parking. To be operated as a Wyndham property, the hotel will include a business center, executive club, signature restaurants, a lounge, and a resort-style spa and health club.

This project is located in Kuwait, on the Arabian Gulf which overlooking the third ring road, Tunis Street and Abd El-Latif Al-Othman st

The South of Shamkha project is located some 50 km from the heart of Abu Dhabi Island, which will become a regional centre of activity for shopping, health support services and entertainment, providing for the growing local population of residents of Abu Dhabi estimated to be around 500,000.

ETA Hotel at Dubai is a small boutique business hotel which is situated in a high-density commercial neighborhood with commercial buildings. It is designed by Architect Sanjay Puri with area 75,000 sq ft.
