Rolex Tower is situated on the Shaikh Zayed Road and is a mixted function building. Rolex Tower was designed by the Chicago firm of Skidmore Owings and Merrill LLP (SOM) , designers of Burj Dubai and London's Canary Wharf. It will be built by Ahmad Seddiqi and Sons, a real estate developer and the exclusive retailer of Rolex's premium watches in the region. A tall, slender building with an all-glass facade, the structure will house ground floor retail outlets, 30 floors of commercial space, and 23 floors of residential apartments, topped by several floors of penthouses.

The Club House is planned and designed to be the centerpiece of the development and the hearth of the community. Situated in the most prominent location of the site, the Club House will also serve as a landmark with its timeless architecture, setting the standards for a state-of -the-art golf course. The Club House together with the hotel is elevated 4 meters above ground to have better visibility from the golf course as well as to allow a parking and services level underground. It is located in shortest proximity to 9th and 10th holes for a perfect golfing experience.

The National Commercial Bank is the largest privately owned bank in Saudi Arabia. Set in a three-acre plaza on the edge of the Red Sea, the geometry of the 766,000 sf headquarters building consists of a triangular 27-story office tower juxtaposed with a six-story, 400-car circular garage. The verticality of the bank tower is interrupted by three dramatic triangular courtyards chiseled into the building's façade. Office windows open directly onto courtyards with an inward orientation typical of Islamic traditional design.
