The Lighthouse

The Lighthouse is another innovative green skyscraper to be constructed in Dubai. For energy generation, it will have three enormous 225 kilowatt wind turbines (29 meters in diameter), and 4000 photovoltaic panels on the south facing facade. To optimize performance and operational periods, the turbines have windward directional wind vanes or limited yaw.

The 27-storey, 116 metre-tall tower involves a mix of one-, two- and three- bedroom serviced apartments, two penthouses and eight duplex townhouses. The 33,642 sq m development, also contains a pool deck and health spa.

P-17 is a super slim tower which gives the illusion of constantly changing its appearance with the movement of people and the sun, designed by Atkins.It will be located on Dub

The Palm Trump International Hotel and Tower

Al Mas Tower

The Almas Tower located within the Jumeirah Lakes Towers development. Built as an ever-decreasing spiralling cylinder that soars towards the sky with a number of spires.

Trump International Hotel and Tower

The Trump international hotel and tower development will be a 60-storey structure and will comprise a 378-room five-star hotel and 397 residential apartments. The hotel and tower will be built on the Palm Jumeirah, one of the artificial islands being developed by Nakheel PJSC, in Dubai.

Al Salam Tecom Tower

The Al Salam Tecom Tower is a mixed-use building located within Dubai’s energetic Technology, Electronic, Commerce and Media (TECOM) Free Zone. The building is divided into three distinct vertical zones and is supported on a podium which extends from the ground level to the sixth floor.
