حاز مشروع مركز صباح الأحمد المالي العالمي الذي صممه مكتب كيو انترناشيونال الاستشاري KEO أول شهادة يحصل عليها مشروع في الكويت من مجلس المباني الخضراء الأميركي “USGBC” وذلك بالتصنيف الذهبي (leed gold level) ويتولى هذا المجلس تنظيم وتطبيق نظام القبول لتصميم وإنشاء وتشغيل المباني الخ

Kuwait Business Town

Business Town Towers, designed by KEO International Consultants, is storming ahead following severe planning delays. The pair of towers is now set to become one of the most recognizable landmarks on the Kuwait Skyline by 2010, two years after it was initially scheduled for completion.

Learning spaces incorporate latest advances in high technology

جامعة الخليج للعلوم والتكنولوجيا هي أول حرم جامعي خاص أنشئ في الكويت لهذا الغرض، وقد فتحت هذه الجامعة أبوابها  للطلاب حديثا في أوائل العام2008، ويتسع الحرم الجامعي ل 40000م² كمجمع تعليمي تضم 59 قاعة دراسية، و13 مختبر للحاسوب والعلوم، و153 من مكاتب الكلية.
