TVSdesign was presented with the “Concept Tower of the Year” award for its Dubai Towers Dubai in the Lagoons development at the annual Construction Week Awards. Now in its fourth year, the event has established itself as the biggest night in the regional construction calendar.

The Executive Office Tower is located at the entrance to Dubai’s newest Business District, Business Bay, and will be the beacon of the development. Within the new Dubai creek extension and Sheik Zayed Road, Business Bay is envisioned as the new standard for professional property development in the region.

The dramatic Dubai Towers - Dubai, visible from extended distances, will combine in form to represent the future of Dubai and its evolutionary and innovative achievements. The four towers, ranging from 54 to 97 floors, are clustered to form a choreographed sculpture, representing the movement of candlelight. The buildings will serve residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality purposes.

This traditionally inspired project provides beautiful courtyards and gardens at the podium level to create a rich urban and local environment. The iconic towers of Al Sufouh overlook glimmering beaches with prominent views of the world renowned Palm Island development.

Part of the Lebanese government’s vision for a new downtown, this development uses reclaimed land to create a contemporary image for the city. The design utilizes the strong axis anchored by old Beirut and the recognizable clock tower and extends it towards the sea with a variety of low-scale Mediterranean mixed-use buildings.
