The density of the sun shading device is specially designed in corresponding to the orientation of the building that with highest density on the south face and lower density in the north face to restrict the undesired sunlight and heat gain. Furthermore, sky gardens and photovoltaic panels are proposed for relaxation to the tenants and provide renewable energy to the building.

The central core is wrapped around with LED mesh which provides information to the tenants such as financial information, weather forecast and news etc. The multi function host at the center of the core is an intelligent system to provide digital reception and way finding assistance to the office tenants. The up and down movement of the glass lifts inside the central core is also used as a way to actively ventilate the building. By the integration with Cybertecture in the design.
