This mixed use development is located next to the inter-Continental hotel complex in Khalidiya along the coast. The scheme will have a private marina and two boat houses for a private collection of yachts and dhaos. The podium surrounding the marina would contain three stories of retail on which four towers would step up from 40 to 60 stories. The shape of the buildings relate to the shape of taught sails billowing in the wind. Each building will contain a range of apartments that would terminate in a range of exclusive penthouses.
