Conceived by PNYG:COMPANY, the MSWCT (Michael Schumacher World Champion Tower) is a plan for an unprecedented series of branded towers featuring in seven cities worldwide to mark Michael Schumacher's extraordinary feat of seven World Championship titles.

MSWCT will represent the perfect conversion of a successful brand to a high-luxury lifestyle experience. Michael Schumacher's qualities permeate the project at every level: building techniques, materials, fabrics and colour schemes will all be handpicked to reflect the values that powered him to a whole new level of sporting achievement. Just as Michael Schumacher's feats will be matched by a select few, the MSWCT will be very exclusive.

The MARASI Real Estate Fund identified the amazing potential of the MSWCT, and as the master developer, secured the perfect location. The fund is a partnership between National Bonds Corporation (NBC) and Vedera Capital Limited (Vedera), with Deyaar responsible for sales services. MARASI will be the first licensee to bring the MSWCT to life.

Inspired by the geometrical order of a snowflake and the aerodynamics of a Formula 1 racing car, the tower encapsulates speed, fluid dynamics, future technology and natural patterns of organization. Rather than purely mimicking shapes in nature for their elegance and unpredictability, the architects learned from nature’s own geometrical orders creating highly efficient structures and intriguing spaces.

“The unique collaboration with Michael Schumacher gave us new insights. Technology, precision, speed, elegance, paired with human intuition and extraordinary performance were a great source of inspiration for the design. Similar to the formula one operation, construction is a team sport with a lot of highly skilled experts. In this sense the architects take the driver seat in the process, taking the project to the physical limits of possibility”, says Alexander Rieck
