This project is located in Kuwait, on the Arabian Gulf which overlooking the third ring road, Tunis Street and Abd El-Latif Al-Othman st . It will designed  on 10300squre meter area.

The project consisted of 22floor office tower which will allocated to another hotel of four-star category at 14 floors and 104 rooms comprising 203,000 architect designed a modern hall includes an area for exhibitions and celebrations of up to one thousand square meters. The hotel also including business service center, restaurants, lecture hall and a number of other purposes.

Project also including healthy clubs which have been supplied by botanical gardens on the roof. It includes Llsonar rooms, steam, massage and sports, whether men or women individually.

Commercial market where in the project includes mobile stairs, lifts, which taxied gallery will be the main market glass to provide natural lighting during the day, and includes market cafes, restaurants and snacks. Skating hall and large halls skiing, that would be one of the factors of attraction commercial center. The project provides more than a thousand a parking located on three floor underground, in fact the region in which the project is located in dire need of the establishment of such attitudes, particularly as they suffer from severe overcrowding.
