Parcels 407 and 408 are mixed-use, and are developed as one combined lot with two towers - 88 meters and 133 meters tall. The site has its longest eastern face to the Wadi, and along this edge the design has 3 levels of continuous retail and public space.

The project is located in the UAE, it  has been re-designed by KEO and this design is a qualitative leap in the world of trade centers and shops.

ETA Hotel at Dubai is a small boutique business hotel which is situated in a high-density commercial neighborhood with commercial buildings. It is designed by Architect Sanjay Puri with area 75,000 sq ft.
