This imposing Headquarters development comprises two new state of the art office buildings located in the strategic Al Muroor district in Abu Dhabi. Al Mamoura reflects the first model for the new Grade A international standards building that have been developed in Abu Dhabi with corporate occupiers in mind.

Pier 8
Work has started on site for the new Atkins-designed residential ‘Pier 8’ development which, when complete, will form a prominent landmark at the Dubai Marina, the city’s major new cosmopolitan waterfront development. The 40-storey, 170 metre-tall tower comprises a mix of studio, one- and two-bedroom serviced apartments which will be managed by Radisson.
The Lighthouse
The Lighthouse is another innovative green skyscraper to be constructed in Dubai. For energy generation, it will have three enormous 225 kilowatt wind turbines (29 meters in diameter), and 4000 photovoltaic panels on the south facing facade. To optimize performance and operational periods, the turbines have windward directional wind vanes or limited yaw.
Doha Convention Centre and Tower
Creating a spectacular 105-storey, 500m glass tower containing offices, apartments and a hotel in Doha's hot climate poses a unique challenge for Arup.

This winning competition proposal for AUB's new Suliman S. Olayan School of Business building has been precisely conceived from the outside in and from the inside out. From the outside in means that it has been generated from the point of view of campus planning, aiming to produce the best and clearest exterior spaces, maximum pedestrian connectivity, desirable lines of vision and the proper building mass (building height and profile, etc.) according to its location and its relations to adjacent buildings.
Dubai Towers Doha
