The Nova Factory and Office buildingThe Nova Factory and Office building is designed to be the headquarters of Turkey’s largest manufacturer in Gebze City. Royal Jordanian Airlines HeadquartersThe project complies with the aspirations of Royal Jordanian Airlines, creating a unified landmark, housing a pleasurable and safe working environment within a legible, permeable secure realm. It is located to the west of the city. This project will be a landmark headquarters building reflecting the power and status of Royal Jordanian, expressing future success and prosperity, while reflecting the architectural character of Amman, and creating a 'central dealing hall' for all public activities. The linear buildings would shield an inner street sheltered from direct sunlight, which forms the 'heart' of the building, similar to the traditional Arabian 'souk'. As a concept, one block is 'static' and the other 'dynamic'. To the north, the static linear block anchors the building on the site and provides a solid face to any future development to the north. The southern block becomes expressive and is the signature of the building. Alturki PlazaAlturki Business Park, a high-end integrated office complex, will cover 8,600 square meters and will incorporate next-generation design and technical elements. The project is set to open mid-2010. Al FaisaliyahAl Faisaliyah Center was the tallest building in Saudi Arabia until Kingdom Tower was topped out in 2001. - The tower is aligned in a direct axis with the Kingdom Centre, halfway between Olaya Street and King Fahd Road. The eastern half of the base is enclosed as part of the lobby, and the western half is open. The 4 corner beams are connected at 4 levels by exposed A-bracing. |
