Qatar Convention Centre, able to cater for up to 7,000 people in its three main halls. It will also provide a 2,500 seat theatre, an exhibition hall and banqueting facilities for major functions.
The building's conceptual design is by celebrated Japanese architect Arata Isozaki. He has incorporated a huge organic tree-like structure in the main façade, symbolizing the Sidra tree, emblem of the Qatar Foundation.

Education City is a 2,500 acre campus on the outskirts of Doha, a kind of community of institutions, dedicated to providing education, research and cultural facilities for the region. It is the flagship project of the Qatar Foundation for Science, Education & Community Development.

Qapco Tower

This 32 storey tower is designed to provide a dramatic and recognisable image for Doha Bay. The orientation of the building takes full advantage of spectacular views back towards the bay.
The narrowness of the site coupled with the desire to provide large, flexible open floor plates suitable for multinational tenants, led us to place the building's core to one side. The core is expressed as a solid element on the northwest side of the tower, where it does not obscure important views and has the added benefit of preventing afternoon sun from heating up the offices, thus saving energy.

The main entrance is located on the north side of the tower. The intention is to mark it with a dramatic canopy that swoops down, providing shade and clearly identifying the vehicle drop-off area and lobby location.

The entrance canopy forms an extension to a vertical slot in the north façade that delineates a series of five storey atria, clad in frameless transparent glazing. The atria provide orientation and interest for the internal vertical circulation.
