The Urban Strip
The strip of land is in the centre of the city which trapped and isolated between two roads. The objective of the Master plan is to provide connectivity and revive its potential through a program of urban regeneration.

The South of Shamkha project is located some 50 km from the heart of Abu Dhabi Island, which will become a regional centre of activity for shopping, health support services and entertainment, providing for the growing local population of residents of Abu Dhabi estimated to be around 500,000.
MGM Mirala

Al Sowa Island
Al Sowa island is a 54hectare island site located on the eastern side of Abu Dhabi Island. To the east of the Island lies Al Reem Island which is currently planed for a large mixed use development.
Madinaty City Center, Egypt
Madinaty is a City of International Standards in Egypt ,the master plan was the result of a collaborative effort between three top US design firms: HHCP, SWA, and Sasaki, which product a modern city whose design focuses on providing all present and future requirements of its inhabitants and visitors. It is a city built on 8 thousand Feddans, designed to provide a modern life for 600,000 inhabitants in 120,000 housing units, acting as a modern extension to New Cairo.
