Al Marjan Island
Located 27 km southwest of Ras Al Khaimah town centre, the Al Marjan Island is the first man-made island project to be developed in the Emirate. The cluster of five coral-shaped islands extend over 2.7 million m2 and is worth over over USD1.8 billion. Land reclamation is planned to finish by December 2007. Development completion is planned for June 2009.

Yas Island
Yas Island, one of Abu Dhabi’s larger islands, is roughly one-third the size of the island of Abu Dhabi, and features a beach front shoreline of approximately 32 km. Infrastructure will be developed around the Yas Island project in advance and to the operational benefit of the capital city.
Dubai Promenade 2
This project takes into consideration the location of the Dubai Promenade site, as well as its close proximity to the Palm Island Development. In keeping with the palm tree shape of the latter. The chosen starfish shape, aside from its attractiveness, has further advantages: it naturally forms beautiful lagoons and beaches and varies the landscape for the residents.
Emirates City
Located on Emirates Road, Emirates City is the prenmier development taking place in rapidly expanding Ajman. The project will feature around 72 residential and commercial projects, a shopping mall, five star hotel, parks, educational and medical facilities, a golf course, mosque.There are about 26 towers under construction and they are expected to be ready in two years time.
Dubai Media City
Dubai Media City (DMC) part of Dubai Holding is a tax free zone within Dubai, United Arab Emirates. It has been built by the Dubai government to boost UAE's media foothold, and has become a regional hub for media organizations ranging from: news agencies, publishing, online media, advertising, production, and broadcast facilities.
