This 300 key 5 star hotel will be located on the very prominent Airport Road at the entrance to Abu Dhabi in the Zayed Sports City district. In addition to the standard keys there will be approximately 20 executive suites, a ballroom, a conference centre, a health club / spa, two restaurants, two bars and a nightclub.
Trump International Hotel and Tower
The Trump international hotel and tower development will be a 60-storey structure and will comprise a 378-room five-star hotel and 397 residential apartments. The hotel and tower will be built on the Palm Jumeirah, one of the artificial islands being developed by Nakheel PJSC, in Dubai.

Inspired by translucent drapery, the skin of the building is constructed of undulating perforated metal. The hotel suites and rooms are designed to take maximum advantage of their outdoor access and sea views through both the porous nature of the structure and a number of elements that link the interior and exterior environments in each room. The new hotel will contain 250 rooms as well as 31 apartments that range in size from 190 to 600 sq meters. The complex will also contain retail elements as well as restaurants, a night club and health spa.
